The student support committee and Good Conduct committees are given the responsibility of Good Inter personal relationships between the students. In- fact the college functions in such a manner that each student becomes a part of several groups ( Activity Gp , Micro Gp , Macro Gp, Assembly Gp, Onward and Forward Gp ) . This removes all kinds of communication barriers. So every student enjoys healthy interpersonal relationships with other trainees.
Moreover, the problem of ragging is not present in Shivalik College as:
v Shivalikans are trained and conditioned to become Enthusiastic & Highly Motivated Performers.

Dynamics is essence of the total training programme, so there is no isolation
in Shivalik.
v The
college has a student parliament called ‘ VISHWAS.’

college Principal and staff members are easily accessible.

B.Ed Programme is a one year course. No Age gaps , no ego problems.
