EVENT     The centre was formally launched in an impressive manner. On the occassion, The doctors from the mediacl health department namely, Dr Chander Mohan ( Deputy CMO ) and Dr santosh ( DIO ) delivered very impressive lectures and made presentations on the two distinct themes.

1.        Smoking & Chewing Tobbacco - A threat To Life - " Let us Quit These For ever."

2.        Female Feticide - A shameful Act   - " Let Us save the Girl Child."    by Dr Santosh.

3.        Mr Sumit Sharma ( Personality Mentor ) from AIR made thought provoking presentation for the adolescents.

Dr kavita Suri , Assistant Director from the Directorate , University of Jammu, presided over while Mr Sandeep Singh , Project Officer from the directorate was the special guest.  The Inaugural function was witnessed by around 145 students of the Shivalik College of Education. The presentation for youth of the Experimental happy Model Hr. Sec School was attended by 168 boys and girls of class 11th. The main function was held in the B.R. Ambedkar hall of the college campus.                       

RESPONSIBILITIES: The event was compeered by Prof Sharon , Guests were honoured by Prof Sunita , Dr Madhvi , Prof Pooja. Refreshments were taken care of by Prof Meenakshi & Sharon, Prof Nidhi, Prof Monika , Prof Anjali tokk care of the hall setup. Mr Vijay Kamal , Prof Mohan Lal & Dr Vikram managed the seatings and technology layout.
